Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location and will be provided at the time of purchase. The estimated timeframe includes order processing and the carrier’s logistics. Any delays due to external factors such as strikes, natural disasters, or customs inspections are not the responsibility of Poedagar United Kingdom.

Fees and Taxes

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. Additional duties and taxes may apply according to the tax regulations of the destination country. If customs fees are imposed, they will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery Issues

In the event of loss, damage, or delay, customers must contact our support team within 7 business days from the estimated delivery date.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Poedagar United Kingdom is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If the order is returned to the sender, an additional shipping fee will be required for reshipment.
